Essential Agent Services/Requirements: • Strong relationships across territory within multi retail channels

Roma Moulding Inc. is looking for a motivated individual to work in the customer service division. The Customer Care Representative role is responsible for ensuring delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain business relationship with customer by providing prompt and accurate service
• Respond to customer requests, answer questions re: product information, order status, and delivery
• Maintain a high level of customer service including research and resolution of customer problems and issues
• Enter customer’s transactions into computer system
• Handle incoming calls and take orders
• Place outgoing calls to research information required to respond to inquiries or update/correct customer information
• Make outgoing calls to follow-up with customers inquires
• Advise customers of procedures to follow regarding product returns
Qualifications:
Knowledge of:
• A minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience
• Superior communication skills including professional telephone etiquette and written correspondence
• Excellent customer service skills are required
• A demonstrated ability to negotiate, solves problems, and makes decisions
• A proactive individual with strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency using PC/Windows /Internet applications
Performance Competencies:
• Communicate well, orally and written
• Must be able to prioritize and organize tasks
• Ability to problem solve
• Must be able to use initiative and good judgment
